I never liked social realism before I met with artists from the city of Vladimir. One of those who changed my attitude was Anatoly Kuvin. His landscapes - bright, juicy, cheerful, written with "open" colors are like portraits of the very Nature. And each of them has its own character, its own mood, lives its own live.

Artist’s nature is alive and talking. The one that we lack in the city. When such a "portrait" is in your room, then your glance is involuntarily drawn not to the window where there is almost always twilight and clouds are your eye level, but to it. To this new "window" where it is spacious, sunny, bright and smells with joy. And it seems like the air flows into the room from this very small picture and not from your room window...
